Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production or shipping has not started.

Returns

Due to the size and custom-built nature of our ramps, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at info@trampramp.ca with your order details and photos. Any damage must be noted on the delivery waybill at the time of receipt, otherwise a claim cannot be processed. We’ll review and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as needed.
